Please allow us to outline below some important information that will better clarify this process. This helps to take care of your desire to have her minister in the most effective way possible. Frequently asked questions... How much is the honorarium? There are two speaking fee options: $4950 per weekend or week-long event -Includes ALL travel expenses -Includes customized session/workshop messages -Includes a "response token" for every student -Includes up to 200 books for students and/or leaders -Includes optional leaders' session $2950 per weekend (+ travel expenses) or $3950 per week (+ travel) -Includes customized session/workshop messages -Includes a "response token" for every student What are travel expenses? We would graciously request that airfare (coach class), luggage fees, and rental car be provided by the host of the event, Ceandrys travels from the Honolulu, Hawaii area. In the occasion that the ministry opportunity is within a drivable distance (within 300 miles), Ceandrys and her ministry assistant would typically drive to the location and mileage would be asked to be reimbursed for the standard 2017 IRS Tax rate of 53.5 cents per mile. Please calculate round trip from Honolulu, Hawaii. Lodging / Food: We request that one hotel room be provided for Ceandrys and her ministry assistant. The host would also be responsible for all meals for Ceandrys and her assistant from the time they would arrive until the time they depart. It is important for us to note that Ceandrys does this out of a ministry heart. If any of this is not possible, ministry goes before money. If Ceandrys is able to facilitate when there is a difficulty, her heart is always to do so, while being responsible to the needs of her own family.
